I am an undergraduate Chemistry major at SUNY Stony Brook and I am expected to graduate in 2018. I also minor in molecular biology. I originally enrolled in Stony Brook University as an engineering major so I am extremely well versed in mathematics and sciences. I have been on the Deans List of my school for 2 consecutive years. My specialty is chemical biology.
Experience
I have previous experience being a tutor at Roslyn High School during my high school days in Biology and Math (Algebra/Geometry/Trig) I took multiple AP courses in high school and scored 4's and 5's so I am well aware of the structure of AP tests as well as how to study and prepare for them. I took multiple accelerated courses in college in the sciences: General Physics I + II), molecular Biology, and General Chemistry I+II.

I have a lot of patience working with children and students alike due to my 3 years of experience as a camp counselor. As a chemistry major with a specialty in biology, I am extremely fascinated by epigenetics and hope to get into the genetic research field. In my free time, I love listening to classical and baroque music. I play multiple instruments. I've been playing Viola for 13 years and guitar for 5 years. I'm also really into running and have competed in my schools track and field team (400m hurdles and long jump).
